The Rotaract Club of Kigo Seven Lakes Golf officially launched the Bridge7 and Elevate7 Mentorship Program on Tuesday at Fairway Hotel, Kampala. The initiative seeks to connect Rotaractors of Kigo Seven Lakes Golf with Rotarians from their sponsoring club, the Rotary Club of Kigo Seven Lakes, in a structured mentorship platform aimed at fostering personal, professional, and leadership growth.
 

The program’s name — Bridge7 — signifies the bridge between Rotaractors and Rotarians of the “Seven Lakes” family, while Elevate7 symbolizes the empowerment and elevation of young professionals to higher levels of achievement in their careers and lives.

Gracing the launch as Chief Guest was PAG Rtn. Annie Ninyesiga of the Rotary Club of Bwebajja, who commended the initiative as a forward-looking step in nurturing the next generation of Rotary leaders. She emphasized the power of mentorship in shaping careers and strengthening the Rotary-Rotaract connection.

In his remarks, Charter President Kato Isa of the Rotaract Club of Kigo Seven Lakes Golf highlighted that the program is designed not only to inspire Rotaractors but also to guide them through practical learning and real-life mentorship.
“Bridge7 and Elevate7 is our way of creating lasting relationships that go beyond meetings it’s about transforming lives, careers, and leadership pathways,” he noted.

The mentorship program will run throughout the Rotary year, pairing Rotaractors with experienced Rotarians from diverse professional backgrounds to provide guidance, career advice, and personal development support.

The launch marks a new milestone in the Rotaract Club’s commitment to creating a culture of learning, empowerment, and service through connection and collaboration within the Rotary family.
