A Transformative Learning Experience

The 7 Lakes Uni is a newly launched year-long development journey structured into four quarters, each designed to offer real-world exposure, mentorship, and thought leadership. Its foundation is rooted in the belief that leadership should be lived, not just taught.

Following a successful first edition, the second cohort runs over two months, concluding with a formal graduation ceremony.

Quarter II – Elevate 7 & Bridge 7: A personalized mentorship track that matches Rotaractors with seasoned Rotarians, offering monthly engagements, vocational tours, and reflective mentorship to foster both personal and professional growth.

Quarter III – 7 Lakes Expo: A platform for participants to showcase their learning and innovation through project exhibitions, pitch competitions, thought leadership panels, and personal leadership stories.

Quarter IV – Reflection  ,Evaluation & Alumni Launch: A finale  moment to celebrate completion and formally introduce a growing alumni network for continued learning and collaboration.
